Change the profile

Hello Thomas,
I try to change my email address within the profile of my account, but although it says "data saved", the newly entered email address is not saved in the database. The old email remains online. 
And since that old email address is not in my possession anymore, I can't read any mails regarding to update on issues I'm posting here. 
Is there a solution for this?

There was a second user with your name registered. Maybe you used the new emailadress there and thus it refused to change it? I don't know. I've deleted the other user now, as it was logged in for 5 years.

Try again to change the email and if it doesn't work, feel free to contact me using the contact form and I'm changing it for you.
